AVM has started new concepts where each student is being allotted a mentor. Each mentor has around 10 to 15 students allotted at the beginning of the year. The responsibility of these mentors is to take care of their mentees and develop a sound relationship with them and their parents too. The mentors also visited the student homes during vacations and tried to find out problems and got feedback from the parents.
