Admission Process at Aadharshila Vidya Mandir

1. Pre-Primary (Nursery, KG1, KG2)

Parents applying for Pre-Primary classes are required to complete an application form. No formal tests or interviews will be conducted for the child. Instead, children will be observed in a group setting to assess their ability to interact and adapt to a school environment.

2. Grade 1 to 10

A straightforward, three-stage admission process is followed:

• Initial Screening: Based on the application form.
• Aptitude Test: To assess the child's proficiency across various subjects.
• Parent and Child Interaction: A meeting to understand the child’s abilities and enthusiasm for the AVM experience.

Upon successful application, additional formalities may be required to complete the admission process.

3. Grade 11 and 12

Streams Offered:

• Science: Mathematics-Biology, Physics, Chemistry, IP, Computer Science, Physical Education, and English.
• Commerce: Accounts, Business Studies, Economics, Physical Education, and English.

Admission Basis: Admission is granted based on CGPA.

Parents/guardians can obtain the application form in the following ways:

• In-Person Collection: Available at the AVM campus in Koni, behind Govt. Engg. College, Ramtala Road, Koni, Bilaspur, C.G., for a fee of Rs. 300 (in cash). Please retain the receipt for future reference.
